Biologists
behavior specialists communicated with dolphins in the wild, in the first experiment of this type.

After the man, dolphins are intelligent animals with a complex brain that corresponds to a high degree of intelligence.
In captivity it has been rewarding responses communication with food, but was working with dolphins free performed by the Wild Dolphin Project in Florida, using a primitive form of language sounds, symbols and accessories.
The study, published in the journal Acta Astronautica, indicates that focused on ordered, humans and dolphins, each other, objects such as balls and handkerchiefs.
A large keypad served underwater area studied, with each key painted with a different symbol, which emitted a whistle with a precise tone.
When a dolphin pressed a certain key with your nose, scientists are showing an object class into the water. This was expected to decide dolphin whistle tone that the key may be issued, to throw the object are expected.
For three years, scientists played with the Dolphins in 40 half-hour sessions and found that young females were more interested in the game, while the males were less attracted young
The sessions were more successful when biologists before the dolphins swam slowly, especially if they made contact with the eyes and mimicked their movements to each other.
